Masterpiece Puzzle and this support site are operated by AbeFlutter (registered business name: ABEFLUTTER).

1. Information collected

The app does not require account registration or any personal information. Your progress (which paintings you have played and cleared) and your choices (piece style and difficulty) are stored locally on your device only.

2. No ads, one optional purchase

The app shows no ads, does not ask for tracking permission, and contains no advertising or analytics software.

The first five paintings are free. The app has one optional in-app purchase, "Unlock all paintings", which unlocks every other painting. It is a one-time purchase handled by Apple through the App Store; the developer never receives your payment details, and the app only learns from the App Store whether you own it (this is stored on your device). You can get the purchase back with "Restore purchases" in the Info screen.

3. Data sent externally

Your progress and gameplay data are not transmitted to the developer's servers. Nothing leaves your device except the purchase itself, which is handled by Apple.

4. Data deletion

Uninstalling the app removes all progress data stored on your device. There is no account to delete.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. This website

This support site is hosted via Firebase Hosting (Google). IP addresses and other access information may be processed by the hosting provider as part of normal web delivery. The app itself and the support website's Contact form are separate. When you submit the form, the inquiry message, any optional email address you provide, an identifier for the app, and the submission time are handled to respond to inquiries, feedback, and bug reports, including any necessary reply, and are stored using Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore. The app's progress data and settings are not sent to Firestore through the Contact form.
